7 up… I LOVED this game when I was in 4th-7th grade.
Basically this is what happens:
7 people are selected to stand up at the front of the classroom, the rest of the students can see who is selected. The non-selected students are to sit down at desks/tables, and has to put their forehead resting against their arm; with their face facing the table surface. The point is that the students with their heads down are to not see what is going on; they should only see a table desk surface. With one hand, the students with their heads down are to give a thumbs up; and their thumbs are to remain up until someone presses their thumb down. The 7 people that are selected are to press only one student’s thumb down, so by the end of the game’s round, only 7 people should have had their thumbs pressed down. The students with their thumbs pressed down are to guess aloud who pressed their thumbs down, and the person that they guessed will have to reveal whether they actually pressed their thumb down or not. If the guesser get’s the person selected right, then they switch places. If the guesser is wrong, then they sit down, and remain another person that will have their head down for the next round.

4 corners- one student is the ‘corner caller’ the rest pick a corner of the room to go to. If the number caller calls the coner those students are standing it they have to sit down. You continue this until there is only 1 student playing he/she becomes the ‘corner caller’ Super fun my favorite game in elementary school because everyone is playing at once.

Heads up 7 up- 7 students get to be ‘pickers’ the rest of the students close their eyes and put their heads down and their thumbs up each picker chooses a student by touching their thumb, if their thumb is picked the put it down. Once all the pickers are done and go to the front of the class the teacher turns on the light. The students whose thumbs were picked stand up and guess who picked them if they get it right they become a picker and who picked them sits back down.

Jeoprady- Play jeoprady with what the students are learning about. Really fun and competitive, split the class in two groups the winners can get extra credit on the test or candy.

good question….i cant really rate that well, i only have Jesus Price Supastar + alot of his guest spots & im yet to listen to all his Heltah Skeltah work…i can say his constant "P" chant is quite annoying and his album would be much better without it

but he’s clearly talented, id say somewhere around top 50-75…. for me

very bad bone problems…?
im 19 years old, and for the past couple years ( has been progressively getting worse) my bones have..well..gotten really really bad. If i sit down for too long on specific chairs even comfy ones the pain in what feels like my bum bone is throbbing in pain, when i stand up it is instantly relieved but i walk like pinocchio for the first 15 minutes as my left hipbone is in so much agony it feels like its wobbling all over the place, and also my knees are so bad aswell if im sittin on the floor..however when im walking i can walk miles and feel fine! its so confusing….i feel like an old woman and am deeply frustrated and worried what is wrong, please help ?

You say you can walk for miles but is this a regular routine, the walking, or something that you will do once in a while? It sounded like lack of exercise was the problem until you wrote that so it made me wonder if I was going in the right direction. Exercise is a key to good health. Not a lot of time in the gym, but a good jog a couple of days a week or swimming at least 15 minutes at a time. Fast walking next, as long as you do the big swinging of your arms.
For now you can have some tight muscles in your lower back which can be the reason for the pain in lower back and upper legs. When you say your knees are bad when you are on the floor it sounds like it’s because they are bent, pulled up to your body. If that is so then the kneecap tendon has pulled up on and into your knee. That can happen because of some trauma to your knees. Some even have it happen while running so it’s not to serious. Here is how to release the back, low back and knees:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Lower Back, Lumbar:
While sitting place your hands behind your body just above the buttocks and press in on the muscles next to the spine and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your self forward as far as you can. Then release the pressure but hold your body there for another 30 seconds. Move a few inches down and do it again and keep repeating until you reach the end of your tailbone.
Kneecaps:
Do while sitting on a chair with no front cross braces.
While sitting have your leg resting in a stretched mode. Place both your thumbs, side by side, about 2 inches behind the kneecap and press down into your leg and then redirect the pressure a little towards the kneecap. After 30 seconds, slowly slide your foot back and under your chair as far as it will go, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds.

i7 for sure is supreme as it is the category killer..

Sure it comes at a lower stock speed of 2.67 but the D0 stepping easily overclocks to 4ghz on any air system..

With that said, the amount of ram you have is awkward for the CPU selected and will not work properly. the AMD chipsets rely on dual channel ram systems, only having 4 slots for ram so when you buy 3×2gb of ram (being triple channel) you would be better off with 2×2gb or 4×2gb of ram as those would suffice for the dual channel requirements of that CPU and motherboard.

The 1156 and LGA 775 chipset and all AMD chipsets are all dual channel modes meaning that they do not support "tri channel memory" – THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEY CANT SUPPORT DDR3…

Also think about the new ATI 5000 series for video cards..
