Places to visit in New Zealand?
I’m studying in Australia for 5 months. A couple of my friends and I want to go to New Zealand for our Spring Break. We have about 7-9 days to go and we were thinking about the South Island. We are going to rent a campervan, roadtrip around the country and stop at all main places. We want to experience as much as we can in a weeks time.

Are there any things or places we HAVE to see? Keep in mind, we’re driving but staying in hotels for the nighttime. Any unique, awesome, bizarre, cool places we should see?

Hotels, restaurants, clubs, monuments, attractions, sights, excursions, adventures, etc. I’ve done my research and I’ve found a lot of the common places but we really want to see the weird, cool, unique aspects of New Zealands South Island.

Or if anyone has any great driving routes for a week in New Zealand (with stops that are just killer!) I’d love to hear whatever you guys have!

Christchurch, being a city has different things to offer than the countryside.
Go to Queenstown via Tekapo, Mt Cook and the Lindis Pass. Mt Cook National park is quite different to the West Coast ( which is very green). THe Lindis pass has lots of tussock and you go through the Mackenzie basin which is pretty much treeless. Lake Tekapo has glacial lake which is quite lovely.
Queenstown is a real tourist town and has lots of adventure things to see and do. THe setting is also lovely.

Through Haast pass to say Fox or Franz Josef Glaciers. Ship Creek (between Haast and Fox is easy but lovely) and there are other little walks.
Lake Matheson near Fox Glacier is an easy walk and you get to see the most photographed lake in NZ. It has awesome reflecions of Mt Cook and Mt Tasman (on sunny days its spectacular).
You can go to either glacier, although I prefrer Franz (I worked there for a while). You can walk on the glacier or go sightseeing over the glaciers in planes and helicopters (if the weathers up to it)

Up the coast, maybe past Greymouth up to Punakaiki (pancake rocks). The coast changes further up here. I have heard Karamea is nice but I have never made it up that far.
From Greymouth you can go to Nelson (via Nelson Lakes/Lake Rotoiti) which are glacial lakes and a lovely area.
Nelson has some great beaches eg Kaiteriteri, which is past Motueka.
Over to Blenheim to taste wines at the numerous wineries. You can do the Queen Charlotte Drive through the Sounds (take a boat ride from Picton maybe)
Down to Kaikoura to maybe go whalewatching and then back to Christchurch.
I think it gives you a range of things to see, without doing very much back tracking. There are other places to go

Stupid thing I'm gonna write in case I forget how this so called thing "love" feels like?
When you fall in love with some girl you’ve never talked to, but you tell your friends first and that’s when they tell you that she’s moving far away. ok here it is. i’ve seen the resident evil films loads of times but am i doing something wrong?

in the first film we see alice laid naked in the shower but why was she like that? why is she so special when she wasn’t even injected with the t-virus. in the resident evil apocolypse we see alice getting killed by a metal bar when she is protecting the girl but how did she manage to survive the trauma of that and fight in the extinction film? also how did the virus escape the hive was closed off and there was no zombies about. please can somebody give me a detailed description of each film? thanx

Alice works for Umbrella. Her job was to maintain a normal facade in the mansion, along with Spencer, as a wealthy married couple, but her main purpose was to defend the Hive from people who want to uncover Umbrella’s true intentions or steal the research. Hence why Alice knows weaponry and how to fight. She wasn’t experimented on until after the end of the movie. Also at the end, the Hive is unseal because the higher ups in Umbrella wanted valuable samples collected from experimented specimens that were only housed in the Hive. This releases all the tainted organisms from the Hive, which overwhelms the collectors and later infects Raccoon City.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Alice dies at the end of this movie by complications from impalement and severe trauma. Dr. Issac revives her by tampering with the virus that was injected into her at the end of the first film/ beginning of the second. The T-virus’ job is to reanimate cells, but as side effect it degrades the brain, which creates the zombies. Her virus reanimated her cells, but mutated enough that it didn’t degrade her brain and make her a zombie. Dr. Issac tampering causes her to develop telekinesis when she didn’t have it before.

Why do people judge you by the way you look?
I grew up in a pretty bad neighborhood. Being one of the only white kids, I was a minority. I was jumped all the time, bullied, and abused by kids bigger and older then me for many years growing up. As I became a teen, I got tired of going to teachers and police officers and getting no help. So I decided the only way people would respect me is if they were afraid of me.

So i started getting piercings. By the time i graduated high school I had 6 piercings. 1 on my tounge, 1 on my nose, 2 on my lip, and 2 on my ears.

I decided I needed to get stronger so I began lifting weights and I basicly cut my eating habits. I ended up becoming pretty buff.

And I decided the best way to fit in was to get tattoos. So I ended up getting 10 on my arms, neck and chest. Including 2 on my knuckles that read "f*ck you".

Heres the thing though. I’m a really nice person. I just dress like a thug because I was tired of getting bullied. And guess what it worked. I havn’t had a problem with anyone physically since I was in high school.

But everywhere I go people treat me like im going to rob their store. I get looked at weird when I go to my girlfriends family events. And police stop me constantly. I guess its a price to pay for not getting picked on.

reformating vista ultamate?
i have a oem version of vista ultimate and all i want to know how to do is reformat its a simple thing and Microsoft is no help because its a custom built computer they tell me to go to the computer manufacturer which is me there is nothing seriously wrong with the os i just want it to be formated like new to try to fix a problem with cod4 and far cry 2

I think you were on the right track. Do something EXCITING! try taking him to a dance party or a big event based on his interests.

I don’t live near there so it’s hard to give specifics but Trying something that is off the beaten path of what you have done so far is a great route!

Anyway i went on a date to the zoo and we ending up getting buzzed there apparently they serve alcohol there and we took one of those tour trains and got to see all the animals. It was very unique and we were able to get alittle keepsake to remember the date with as well.

I was 24 when we did that- it was right around the 3rd date
