RESIDENT EVIL FILMS.?
ok here it is. i’ve seen the resident evil films loads of times but am i doing something wrong?

in the first film we see alice laid naked in the shower but why was she like that? why is she so special when she wasn’t even injected with the t-virus. in the resident evil apocolypse we see alice getting killed by a metal bar when she is protecting the girl but how did she manage to survive the trauma of that and fight in the extinction film? also how did the virus escape the hive was closed off and there was no zombies about. please can somebody give me a detailed description of each film? thanx

In the first movie, she was a normal person (a bada$$, but normal). The reason she was laying in the shower, was because the house she lived in (the Hive cover house) was fitted with knockout gas as a defense system activated by the red queen. At the end of #1, she and other survivor and whisked away by the umbrella scientists and presumably subjected to the nemesis project. Making them T-virus/techno super B.A.’s In the Apocalypse, we see that the bond between her and the t-virus in her system has given her telekinetic powers. We also find out she was rigged for mass production.

1. She was like because she was taking a bath and then the Red Queen (one of those computer girls) kills everyone in the Hive and the mansion except alice, Alice just becomes unconscious.
2. Alice is special because she worked for the Umbrella Company.
3. Did you miss the ending of Apocalypse? Those bad guys put her in a Lab in some kind of container that kept her alive.
4. And lastly, the virus escaped because after the scientists capture alice and that other guy in the end of the first film ,they reopen the hive and the virus is released again.

Resident Evil
The computer program "Red Queen" activates the defense mechanisms of the Hive to ensure that the T-virus doesn’t spread to the outside. This mechanism seals off all exits, sucks all the air from the underground facilities (which kills everyone underground), and releases an amnesia-causing gas in the mansion above ground. Hence why Alice was in the shower unconscious with no memory. The mechanism is meant to eliminate all evidence about the lab from getting out.

Alice works for Umbrella. Her job was to maintain a normal facade in the mansion, along with Spencer, as a wealthy married couple, but her main purpose was to defend the Hive from people who want to uncover Umbrella’s true intentions or steal the research. Hence why Alice knows weaponry and how to fight. She wasn’t experimented on until after the end of the movie. Also at the end, the Hive is unseal because the higher ups in Umbrella wanted valuable samples collected from experimented specimens that were only housed in the Hive. This releases all the tainted organisms from the Hive, which overwhelms the collectors and later infects Raccoon City.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Alice dies at the end of this movie by complications from impalement and severe trauma. Dr. Issac revives her by tampering with the virus that was injected into her at the end of the first film/ beginning of the second. The T-virus’ job is to reanimate cells, but as side effect it degrades the brain, which creates the zombies. Her virus reanimated her cells, but mutated enough that it didn’t degrade her brain and make her a zombie. Dr. Issac tampering causes her to develop telekinesis when she didn’t have it before.

So i got to know this boy around last year sumtime..
You could tell he was quite a bad boy and abit of a player ..We would pass each other in the street and talk and stuff and a few week later we exchanged numberss

Recently he got into trouble with the police and is now in prison for 7 month . I askd his mates if they were going o see him and their reply was He’s out soon so no point

Who else thinks Creepshow III is an insult to the series?
I watched the first 2 and adored them then I watched the third and I was shocked by how bad it was. In the extra features of the movie someone actually had the nerve to say that it was written better than the first 2. As far as I’m concerned, until the remake comes out, Creepshow is a 2 film series.

…this is definitely a case where we have a group of filmmakers, who actually think that they can do a better job in giving us horror film viewers, something superior than the classic, respected and indominable original film. "Creepshow 3" was strike two, for this lackluster horror film production company, with strike one being the rediculous 2005 zombie flick, "Day of the Dead 2: Contagion", and the third strike being that of the recent and supposed 2008 remake of Romero’s original 1985 classic, "Day of the Dead". Along with "Creepshow 3", these other two films should be avoided, at all costs…..

…as noted in the attached webpage, they really should stick to what they’ve done best; the mere distribution and advertisement of way better films, and leave the filmmaking to the more creative and seasoned….

….but noooooooo!!! They couldn’t possibly do that!!! In fact, also as noted on the attached webpage, they are already slated to go into production for thei proposed "Creepshow 4". Unless Warner Bros. beats them to the punch, with the production of their legitamate remake of "Creepshow" (…with original and different stories, blessed by none other than Stephen King and George Romero, themselves), well I really have to weep for the future of this classic horror anthology series…..

question about my sks rifle?
My Norinco Chinese SKS rifle has recently stopped taking bullets into the chamber. I had loaded the magazine and went to pull the bolt back and feed the first round into the barrel, and it’s almost as if the end of the bullet by the primer is too fat to fit. The round fits very tightly and won’t go in any farther with about 1/4 inch to go and i can’t close the bolt because it gets lodged and won’t push in the rest of the way. What could be the problem and how oculd i fix it or should i just throw it away?

2 possibilities here. Wrong ammo or out of spec ammo.
OR
Dirty chamber, when is the last time you cleaned the rifle?

If the rifle is clean, then STOP! Do NOT attempt to chamber or use the ammo you have until someone, like a gunsmith, does a check on it for you. Try another kind of ammo to be double sure you have the right kind.

You might have had a bad batch of ammo, or your chamber and barrel throat is dirty. I would soak a patch really well with Hopps and saturate that area. Let this sit for about 20 minutes and come back with a brass bore brush in 7.62 and try to scrub out the area. I think you might have some build up there from poor cleaning techniques. Do not worry about damaging the barrel, this is not a target rifle.

Its the ammo (out of spec. With some of that Chinese crap that came in country 15 years ago or so, you never know), or you never scrubbed your rifle, OR, you cleaned it and there’s a patch stuck in the chamber. Carefully unload the rifle by first removing the mag, and then insuring an empty chamber. Take a bore light and LOOK carefully to insure you have no obstructions. Thoroughly clean the gun, using a brass brush, a chamber brush, and plenty of solvent (I like Hoppes No. 9) like Sweets 7.62, Outers, or another brand. Push soaked patches through until they come out clean, then run a dry patch to soak up excess solvent. In the meantime, take 10 or so rounds to your favorite gun shop, and ask them to eyeball them against current production ammo. I’m betting its the gun, not the ammo.

Ok….. This is very important…. I am not going to say this is the problem but you have to look closely at this….. Open the bolt… Look into the chamber very very closely… I mean stick your face right down into it and look closely…. There may be a stuck cartridge casing in it…. WAIT — DONT say no there ain’t —- I mean look and see of the casing is there and your bolt extractor ripped the whole back of a cartridge casing off leaving the outside tube of the casing in the chamber….

Look at this photo carefully — See how it looks like and empty chamber?????

ITS not — The cartridge side / tube is still there… The bullet, powder and rear of the casing are gone… But the outside of the whole cartridge is still in there……

The symptoms you describe sound just like this — A dirty chamber caused a cartridge to get stuck… You pulled the trigger… It went bang and when the bolt went rearward the extractor claw pulled the whole end of the cartridge off – leaving the rest of it in the chamber…. and with a quick look it looks like everything is ok… But when you go to put a new cartridge in it stops and doesn’t quite shut……

The gun needs maintainance…. Not a big deal — But your going to have to drop it off at a gunsmith to remove it…..

Not sure if this is the problem but I have seen this before… As you can see from the photos this has happened to me….

when was the last time you were firing it, did a casing come out that was missing a part of it, take a small flashlight and look into the chamber, if you see a piece in there you need to buy a broken shell extractor, it sounds like this is your problem because i dont see the chamber getting that dirty or the ammo being that much larger than it should be

What would happen if a military government offical really commited this crime,…?
,..if they received a distress call from a small town about some sort of alien outbreak and without getting any visual evidence, that person tells everyone to go in the center of town, only to keep everyone there for the missle they launch to destory everyone in the town?

This is what happened in the movie "Alien vs. Predator Requiem". That ending pis#ed me off. And what pis#ed me off even more than that is that bastard didn’t even get in any trouble at the end of the movie. He lured everyone in the middle of town only to all get killed with all those constantly reforming aliens. Near the end after that but before it shows him still not getting in trouble, only then does the cavalry come and say "set up a perimeter". Why the hell couldn’t they just do that in the first place to avoid killing all those innocent people? If one of those survivors or a pis#ed off relative outside of that town demanded justice and satisfaction and took it to court and demanded compensation, what would happen? Would it be a good court case like in that TV series "Jag"?
